We've worked hard to create a welcoming and exceptional destination.   We invite you to make yourself at home and feel comfortable in the Coach House.

Self service check in is available.

Check-in anytime after 4pm.

Late check in is allowed, but we ask that you consider our friends and neighbours as you arrive.

Keys
Keys are available in the key lock box provided to the right of the large sliding doors. You will be mailed your key code on the morning of arrival

Additional keys are found on the island. 

Lost keys replacement are £90

There is space for two cars, but please allow for access to the garage, leaving the space in front empty.

Parking is at your own risk. 

To adjust the lighting to your desired mood, simply use the toggle switches located on the wall.

Each switch controls a specific zone and allows for dimming.
 

• Press down - for full brightness

• Hold down - to dim to desired brightness

• Press again - to switch off

Create the perfect atmosphere in the Coach House with our advanced thermostats. Please use the room thermostat found at the doorway to suit.

Each room can be tailored to your comfort levels, ensuring that you always feel at ease, no matter the season. 

Connecting to Wi-Fi is easy and convenient.

Enjoy seamless browsing, streaming, and downloading.

There are Smart TV's in the kitchen/sitting Room and both bedrooms each with AppleTV and screen casting capability.  Netflix, FreeView, and other online service providers are installed, please use your credentials to access.

EMBY

Use the EMBY app to access several thousand movies, TV shows and children's programmes. 

Experience the convenience of instant hot water with the Quooker tap.

​

With just a simple double-click and turn to the right the knob on neck of tap, you can have boiling water ready for your cooking and beverages in seconds.

CAUTION!

Please remember, the water is scalding hot, so exercise caution when using it.

Ovens
In the first cabinet on the left of the kitchen, you’ll find two ovens: a combination microwave oven on top and a combination steam oven below.
 

• To power them on, simply press hold the left button until you hear an audible welcome.

• To open the door, use the far right button to open the doors.

Please note for your added convivence the steam oven is plumbed into mains and waste.

​

Induction hob

Our induction hob accommodates up to 8 pans;

• To power on press the on button on bottom left hand side, place a pan on the hob, it will create a cooking zone for you.

• To select a temperature wait for the zone to create, and choose a number.

Extraction
There is extraction built into the ceiling of the kitchen. 

​

• Powering on the extractor fan will automatically activate once you start cooking

• Powering off the extractor will shut off about five minutes after you finish.

Enjoy your culinary experience!

In the Coach House, we proudly feature state-of-the-art Miele appliances.

The dishwasher is found under the sink. Simply load as you usually would.

• To start choose auto, add soap, and close the door.

Help us reduce our impact on the environment!

Please remember to recycle by using the four bins located under the sink.

Separate your waste into paper and card, plastic and bottles, general waste, and food waste.

Once the bins are full, take them to the exterior bins found through the gate on the left of the Coach House:
 

• place paper and card in the blue bin,

• food waste in the pink lidded bin,

• plastic and bottles in the brown bin,

• non-recyclables in the black bin.

Collection days are Thursday, we will empty the exterior bins on Wednesday night and return hursday evening.

Thank you for doing your part!

You will find the electricity consumer unit should you need to isolate or reset a tripped fuse in the utility room. 

Should you need to isolate the water supply, find the stop-cock in the base of the right hand wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom.

Check out time

Check out is at 10 am or earlier. Please leave the house as you generally found it. 

​

Cleaning

If you used dishes, please wash them prior to leaving. Please remove all of your belongings and any food (opened or unopened).
 

Leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and place and rubbish in the bins provided.

Appliances
Please ensure all lights and appliances are switched off.

Keys

Please replace the additional keys on the kitchen island and lock a set of keys back into the lock box.
